Entitlement mentality is often described as the state of mind by which the individuals believes that some privileges are rights and are legally required and some of them aren't.
The employees should see that benefits as gift or as complimentary to compensation which is already received. Companies must educate the staff and explain them about the competitive benefits and also the clear benefits which is given to them. This knowledge to the employees helps to reduce entitlement mentality.
The difference between the advantages that company wishes to grant the employee and that something which they not should be cleared.
