Depending on the policies and size of the organisation, different duties can be given  to the Procurement contract Manager.They  are responsible for planning, creating ,executing the suitable marketing strategies for organization promotion.They also solves all kind of problems that arise during the execution process.He monitors day to day operations of procurement store.

When ever needed he coordinates the payment of invoices with the finance team.He is responsible for preparing, reviewing and submiting weekly or monthly reports to the Director of Contracts & Grants. His duty also includes follow up on shipment and receiving goods as well as monitoring vendors or subcontractors’ performance.
