Library= The purpose of a college library is to provide books needed by the students. It also gives students the opportunity to study at a silent place inside the campus. College library is used to facilitate the books to the students for their study and reading and to provide them a pace where they can study in silence.

PROCESS: The design of the library is made in order to accommodate the given number of students and to accommodate the books and videos needed by the students. The place selected must be quiet and spacious and the right training should be provided to the individuals working in the library. The proper flow of the books and students must be ensured in order to avoid the queue at the counter.

QUALITY: Employee quality is the most important aspect of the library. The library staff must be well trained and professional to handle the operations of the facility. Quality will be determined on the basis of the flow of work and friendliness of the staff.

CAPACITY: Capacity of the library will be determined on the basis of the number of students request are addressed each day

INVENTORY: The library must have an adequate number of books to ensure the demand of different students can be satisfied.

• The main objective of the hotel is to facilitating lodging and food service to the customers. It will provide paid accommodation to the guests for the short term.

PROCESS: It is important to provide consistent delivery of service in the hotel. The same level of service must be provided to the customers to avoid any variation. The manager and staff must be well trained and professional to deal with the customer requirement and facilitate the higher-level fo customer experience.

QUALITY: The quality of the hotel will be determined on the basis of the level of service variation experienced by the customers. The manager must try to facilitate the best and uniformed services to all the clients

CAPACITY: The capacity of the hotel will be based on the number of rooms available

Manufacturing firm= The manufacturing firm is based on the concept of producing a quality product with minimum defects. The firm must have trained staff and product production must be supervised by the different managers.

Process= The manufacturing process may use the different types of machines, layout and operations depending on the nature of the product

Quality= The quality of the unit will be determined on the basis of a number of defective products.

Capacity= It is based on the number of products produced in a single day
