The Two good traits of national culture and company leadership that takes the business ahead are:

National Culture:

· The national culture of Japan is a good example of group work since they try to work in groups to make the job done. Here the Autocratic leadership trait is best served which makes the decision taken by one who is the leader and the group or the team does it for the leader as needed, no question asked. The autocratic leader is decision-makers which the team adopts is best suited in the Japanese culture as the people are made that way.

· The German culture is very open to changes and thus the change management in the national culture makes the business adopt fast in this changing business environment. A transformational leadership best takes shape here as the need for the time and the skills needed to get the changes makes the leader. The organization gets the best from such leadership trait in Germany as the people are well adapted to the changes and thus follows the right people in the time of need to make the business successful. The right person for such transformation comes from within the existing team.
