The restaurant industry is a vast and competitive business, that is at a continuous pace. The use of technology is changing the trend and hospitality manner. The way customer is being communicated, serviced, and made happy by the help of technological advancement makes them revisit the restaurant by full satisfaction. If we see on a very small example that the internet which is also a part of technology helps to find out the restaurant location, which is the first step. Nowadays we are surrounded by the use of technology in every step and stage, from finding a restaurant to paying a bill by an online payment. This all is being done to help us, makes our life easy and comfortable, and hospitality is adapting to give better and best service.

There are many new technologies like Wifi services, online marketing through social media, taking orders on the restaurant sites, booking the table, giving order through food delivery apps, etc but they all are almost implemented but the Kiosks and robotic help in the kitchen are still being implemented in the restaurants. This technology will help and make the customer satisfied with the services by more accurate efficiency by the machines. Hospitality is an industry that runs only when the customer is happy. This type of clean, quick, and efficient service will be easy for customer, will appreciate, and will be loyal to the restaurant visit. This can be a great competitive advantage.
