A moral agent is when a person can differentiate between right and wrong and has the power to intentionally cause harm to another person. A moral worth is when an individual is vulnerable to harm. What do you about Apple’s moral agent? Do you think they know what they are doing and the effects it has to their people or is everything unintentional? What do you think about the moral worth of Apple’s employees?

As in the modern world ethical behaviour in the business whatever it may be is very important and ethics are the moral principle or value that generally govern the conduct of any organisation so I must say company like apple has a strong moral values principles and standards for the business.

There are various basic moral principles that the Apple employees follows in the businesses some of them I would like to mention:

1. Company like apple expects total honesty and they perform ethical behaviours while taking various challenges related to business dealings.

2. They avoid conflict of interest which might occur during any situations in the business. They are very calm and and they do not fall into conflict of interest.

3. Company like apple which is having sofame and renowned their employees follow highest standards of business conduct among themselves and world wide through which Apple does business.

4. The most important ethical aspects which the Apple employee show that they deal in the same way whatever it may be partnership for dealing in the same way regardless of social differences in different countries.

5. Apple as a company conduct business in such manner that the communities there in should be benefited where they operate their business.
