Answer #1

Indian markets are vast and often confusing because they comprise of verious regions, cultures and langugaes. Indian foods have great demand world wide and many companies come forward to take up the distribution of these foods. When the canned foods or frozen foods are packed and ready to be dispatched the company might directly get involved in exporting or sell the goods to some other company which exports them. The goods once shipped go to various countries and are collected by the person who is the distributor of that product in that area and from there it goes to various shops or super markets. These markets take food from different distributors for different regions of India and no one is familiar with each other due to the vastness of Indian market.
