Answer #1

Resource loading is the assigning or distributing the work among the employees or staff available for a certain period of time. The manager assigns tasks to the employees making them fill completely with work for a period of time. In this way the work gets distributed and also the employees will be loaded with work to do . This also helps us in deciding whether we require additional staff or might require in future. However resource loading ahd it's negative sides and might disturb the project if not properly planned. We must ensure that all employees are not completely loaded with work because some emergencies might occur and the work must be given to efficient employees while being distributed. These steps help us in making resource loading effective.
