I would follow the two type of training method.
Classroom training: As this method will create an open forum for discussion with 28 employee and 3 supervisors, ideas will be exchanged and all doubts will be cleared at a single platform. This method will let the team to learning by doing.
On the job training: Once training in the classroom is completed, we can have on the job exercise and training to check the actual execution. Then the work done should be checked by the experts and hence a feedback will be provided to them to ensure no mistakes in next course of action
