1. This system is an order fulfillment cycle. Where it is shown how customer orders are fulfilled. This describes the process and what are the steps for each scenario. This is basically an Order fulfillment business process system.
2. One problem in the system is when the product is not available in inventory the raw materials are ordered and the product is manufactured and then the order is confirmed. This whole cycle will take quite some time and there is no information going back to customer on the delay or extra time required to confirm the order. Without any information the customer might cancel the order and we might end up manufacturing but not being able to sell the product.
