Firstly to know about any family history of arthritis. Then about the medications she taken and how long the pain occurs.

She should be aware about to explain the areas where pain occurs and severity of the pain the doctor should need an idea about this.

She should carry all medical reports including xray, blood test reports, medication note etc.

Should wear a loose and short dress which will helpful to visualise the knee if needed the doctor wants to do the physical examination.
