WATSON computer system was initially used for answering questions.

A)No it cannot replace the human doctor and nurse practitioner in diagnosing and treatment

B)It is because it gives result which as been stored by human only,so if there is a change it has to be installed on it for updation.Otherwise it cannot predict the right answer.If it does the work of a doctor the treatment will be hypothetical because it has no personal previous experience of human feeling.
