2. Polycystic ovarian syndrome causes increased risk of multitude conditions such as infertility, insulin resistance, dyslipidemia. The prevalence of PCOS in global is high. It adversely affect in offspring such as low birth weight, metabolic derangement, congenital abnormalities and perinatal mortality.

3. Healthy uterus is essential for healthy offspring. PCOS is conditions which alter the health of uterus.
