1.The changes that can increase the efficiency and better management of human resources includes,working on the values within your company such as credibility, integrity, efficiency and leadership.Another thing is to create an environment where everything can work well.HR team should consider giviy bonuses,prizes or other forms of incentives, providing workstation also make workers feel at home,training and learning opportunities should be provided.

2.The 3 smart objectives are, improve patient access to the physician, decrease the number of calls to the lab for redures or follow up.,increase the number of patients who actually receive preventative health exams.
