  • Get adequate sleep and rest.
  • Take care of nutrition well and consult the treating gynecologist to seek expert advice regarding suppementation of folic acid and other supplements.
  • Sleep on towards the left side to increase circulation to the fetus.
  • Baby's movement can be felt for the first time.
  • Lower back pain can be a common issue, so do take care to take warm showers and baths to relax the hard working muscles.

  • Stay hydrated and avoid standing for long hours.
