The 16 week pregnant woman ,means that she has completed her
first trimester and is currently in her first month of her second
trimester of pregnancy. The following are the health teachings to

- Get adequate sleep and rest.
- Take care of nutrition well and consult the treating

- Sleep on towards the left side to increase circulation to the

- Baby's movement can be felt for the first time.
- Lower back pain can be a common issue, so do take care to take

- Stay hydrated and avoid standing for long hours.
- Acne and facial breakouts may be seen, so do wash the face face
minimum two times a day with lukewarm water, and mild
cleansers.

they are mostly due to hormonal changes and increased blood
circulation.
- As a remedy , try staying in moderaye temperatures and apply
petrolium gelly to te nostrils to keep them moist.
