Potential causes of pathological bleeding are threatened abortion, ectopic pregannancy, molar preganancy. Heamoglobin, Blood group with RH , blood glucose, Urine analysis including protein, sugar and pus cells.

6. folic acid is a vitamin B9 and helps to produce redblood cells. it is vital for the growth of babys brain and spinal cord. other wise baby may prone to get neural tube defects mainly anencephaly, spina bifida.

7. she is worry about her preganacy there fore, she need reassurence before health education. education should be focused on diet, medication, rest, and sleep.

Diet should be easily palatable, contain high nutrition, vitamins and minerals for her. diet should contain fruits, green vegetables, milk and milk products because it contain fiber, calcium, vitamins and minerals. folic acid is to be continued daily to avoid birth defects. she has to take rest and avoid straining. she can avoid constipation by consuming lot of amount of water, and maintaing good hygeine. explain to avoid travel and sex as she had abortion once. if she has vaginal bledding once again, she has to visit health care provider immediately
