EFFECT OF CONGENITAL DEFICIENCY OF MHC1:-
- Viral infection after a latent period.
- chronic bacterial infection of upper respiratory tract, may
extent to lower respiratory tract.
- most common bacteria are staphylococcus, streptococcus, E.coli,
klebsiella, Pseudomonas etc.
- skin infection may be seen either in childhood or adult may be
pustules, ulceration, granuloma etc.
- In some cases infection of central nervous system are also seen.
E.g Wegener's granulomatosis.
