Because TAP is required to transfer the antigen from cytosol into the endoplasmic reticulum where the MHC 1 is produced and antigen is also present and thus when MHC 1 is completely formed then the frangements of antigens bind with the MHC 1 AND BECOMES PRESENTED TO CD8 NAIVE CELLS AND AFTER THAT THE NAIVE TC BECOMES ACTJVE CTLS AND MAKES CLEARANCE OF VIRAL INFECTION.
