Breast cancer is common cancer in females. It also a leading cause of death in females. Unlike other cancers family history had a crusual role in breast cancer. Family history increases the chance of breast cancer.

So if there is a family history of brest cancer we should continously monitor for any symptoms.

The breast cancer can be identified by brest self examination. It is a simple method of breast examination by using our own hand. Through this we can determine breast cancer early as possible. We can perform breast self examination by standing infront of a mirror. And using our finger tips palpate each breast one after one.

Regular check up should be done if any mass or tenderness feel while doing breast self examination.

If you had a family history of breast cancer yearly screening for breast cancer should be done
