The increasing cost of medical care is a major concern in the healthcare system in US.It is seen due to increase in the cost of health insurance plans der by the government as well as the third party insurance providers.

This this became a challenge for the nursing practitioners to provide a better and effective health services to the patients as per the current existing health policies.

Being a RN its my prime responsibility to maintain the proper flow of the health services in this challenging scenario.

Hence we will make a proper plan regarding the better usage of available resources along with utilization of newer techniques in the healthcare system like THE system to maintain the record. Thus i can support the nursing professionals in this way along with the motivating the nursing staff to work effectively.
