Pre-employment screening and testing is becoming increasingly popular, from just a few questions that can be asked, i.e. on Indeed.com to full blown personality assessment tests. What I found interesting is that after taking one of these long tests, I received a one question additional survey that asked if I answered how I really felt or did I answer how I thought the organization would want me to answer?
