Finding aids for archives are a group of tools which enables to identify informations which includes detais,card index, guides,registers and data. It contains naturally accumulated items with hierarchical explanation and listing of single archieval collection in natural way of arranging. The finding aids appears as typescripts cobined together in a folder and converted into electronic form. This include unique matierials with brief ,indepth descriptions.

Finding aid for archives is different from regular school library catalog. Library contains collected items in linear explanation in manual devised order. In libraries a card system or public access catalog will be followed. This is user friendly method of tracking books. These are individual items which cabn be borrowed with lower security.
