1) Tatanus toxin which causes the clinical manifestation of Tatanus by interfering with the release of neutro transmitter and blocking inhibitors impluses . This result to unrestricted muscles contraction and spasm. 2) A muscle contraction occur when the filament closer together is been pull by myosin filament and thus shorten sarcomeres within a firbre . As a result of all shorten sarcomeres in the muscles fibre, the fiber contracts. 3) The product of Closteridium tetani is the cause of Tatanus symptoms. Tatanus toxins is being taken up into the terminal of lower motor neurons and transported to the spinal cord. The muscles then moves synaptically into inhibition nerves terminal, where vesicular release of inhibitory neurotransmitters becomes blocked.leading to the contraint of lower motor neurons.
