Declan has recently finished his qualification and joined the community services sector. Now, he is finding that the most difficult part of his new job is developing an understanding the structure, function and interrelationships between the different parts of the community services system. Declan’s workplace also has many different lines of communication both internally within his organisation and externally with other related services.

In community service system there are many organizational setup and variations in the grade of workers are present. So worker should have knowledge about the organizational setup.

Each communtycoare differ in their culture and values. So we should identify and know about the. cultural background of people.

Identify the common problems present in community and plan appropriate interventions to solve the problems. Plan educational sections to people about the health care. Provide counselling for people who need help.
