“Life is a journey, one must strive to become better every day by continuing to grow as a person, self-assess, be open to change, and share knowledge with others.” how would you relate this as a professional nurse?

Answer #1

As a professional nurse everyday is a new day with new experience, the patient and the case changes everyday that is why we must learn from it everyday and grow as a person, the assessment process is different in each case for example if a patient with cold flu comes in hospital one must asses patient's breathing pattern and lungs sound, however in case of road traffic accident a glassgow coma scale (GCS) scale is used in order to check patient's level of consciousness. As a registered nurse one must always be adaptive to change as the process of care is always updated, one must always be active when it comes to implementing a new research. Knowledge is the key to quality of care, a reistered nurse should always share new knowledge and research to the other registered nurse.
