First of all let's talk about , rounding patient care environment and non rounding patient care environment. A rounding patient care environment is a type of patient care in which the nurse makes their way in and out of patient rooms drives quality patient-provider relationships, ensures more patient safety, and allows nurses to assess and fulfill patient needs during the care encounter ,while in non rounding patient care the nurse does not take any rounds of the patient but have a observation of them from.the counter through computer. It lacks the benefits provided by rounding patient care .

My experience is of rounding patient care in which I used to take bed to bed patient care throught out my duty timings . It enabled me to provide a quality efficient patient care with less complications . The maximum number of patients I was responsible for on a rotation is 3 .
