As it is defined already the way we are use our nursing to care to the patients, families is know as patient care system. the care delivery system works perfectly around my clinical site it's all done with the from how to organize patient care to how to maintain the report of each patient so that a good analysis of every patient would be calculated and maintained .

All the planning by the nurse will be done perfectly how and when by whom and to whom work should be done

The assigning of patient and nursing activities are written daily in the assignment sheet.

Time to time checking of the patients taking rounds.

By reviewing nurse performance and the progress of the patients in the end it would be evaluated.

All the needs of the care to what they needs in future will be written in a report .
