According to recent stats the US population going to be grow in higher level in upcoming years. which propotionally increases the Aging Population hence the Healthcare demand and burden. So the demand for healthcare creates crisis in all areas of healthcare starting from Helathcare supplies to the Healthcare resources who provides care to the patient in different types of Healthcare organisation.

The middle class population is growing dramatically, which leads to Accelerated urbanisation and access to middle-class comforts are promoting sedentary lifestyle changes that will inevitably lead to greater incidence of obesity, diabetes and other costly health conditions.
