As there is wide change in the lifestyle and habits people increasing their body weight especially due to eating habits like craving and depending more on junk food and lack of excercise due to limited time after work .These all leads to obesity related health issues like diabetes ,coronary heart diseaes, stress ,sroke,cancer, breathing problems ,osteoarthritis etc which can reduce the life expectancy .so it is clear that due to diseases like heart disease ,stroke diabetes, cancer many people are dieing at young age and the one of the risk factor causing it is excess weight gain .

Therefore excess weight can reduce the life span.
