As we know that every child is different and have different weaknesses and strengths.

Observing assistant early childhood educators so that they can assess how child is developing and this helps to change care environment which in turn improve child behaviour.

This can also helps in developing strong relationship with each child.

By monitoring the children we can know their developments in language,socail , cognitive,physical and emotional skills.

Observation of the child will help early childhood educators to know their weakness and the things which they are falling behind.And by knowing this they can assist the children to overcome their weakness and improve in the area.

By knowing all this information the childhood educator will be able to provide information to the parents so that they can set future goals for children.
