1-based on my experience we have recently initiated home care services for people who is chronically ill and also the patient was on rehabilitation the aim of this purpose was improve the patient recovery in the on home and reduce patient visit to hospital by this reduce their hospital expenditure.for example if a patient is on long term care for a like cardiovascular arrest and on rehabilitation the patient might have foolish catheterization and other ryles tube for feeding such patience Mary require in Tubechange or displacement of tube during this treatment in this case usually the patient need to came to hospital and treated in hospital .such scenario the patient has a huge expense including maybe the patient need to transfer by ambulance if the patient is unable to sit and also we need to pay the hospital doctors consultation fees procedure fees Etc... by the introduction of this home care services the patient or his relative call the hospital to get aid from home care services home care service Nurse discuss with the patient and request what he need based on his need the nurse will go and replaces catheter or change the the ryles tube or any other dressing procedure also antibiotic therapy so the patient is usually getting financial and time benefit by this.

2-during this covid Pandemic we introduced another system that is call telemedicine. it is a system we used video conference to the patient and assess the patient and spoke with patient and prescribe medications or further care. in this cases if the patient does not require hospital visit based on this primary assessment we send required medication based on the assessment done by the doctor so the patient is getting minimised risk to getting covid by avoiding this hospital visit .this is one of the best iconic evaluation of our hospital section. by this we could able to reduce the hospital visit of patients and their relatives in large scales
