It is important to share feelings and listen the otbers feelings. This helps to  solve many problem easy way through suggestions and new ideas , and it helps to prevent depression.

Sharing and undersstanding others  feelings helps to  face the  situation, and gives hope ,prevent loneliness and provides relaxation.

Sharing feelings and understanding concerns makes the person clear minded.
