​​​​​The answer is False because the Registered nurse cannot delegate the administration of Tylenol even though it is the common pain killer used. Administration of Tylenol requires judgment . Previous medication time , duration between the dose has to be noted to prevent the Tylenol toxicity. In liver or renal condition, the dosage has to be adjusted and altered as per the orders. The registered nurse has to be accountable if some untoward incident occur. Therefore, it is not recommended for the registered nurse to delegate the administration of Tylenol.
