You ask as her friend and are confident about what you have noticed and she responds, “Thank you for your comments, but I have so much going on in my life right now that I don’t have time to do laundry. My kids have been sick and they gave me the germs. You know how infection transmission works, don’t you?” She asks you to witness a 5 mg Morphine waste, though you did not observe the actual waste. You tell her you can’t sign as a witness as you did not observe the actual waste. She states that she is really busy and couldn’t wait for you. and adds “Nobody takes the time to get a second nurse to actually observe the waste; it’s a silly rule, just sign your name and stop being so picky.”

1.Her frequent off from the work.

2.Her changed lifestyle that is indicated by dress and it shows that she is too busy with some other stuff.

3. Her changed behaviour and rude comment which shows she might be lying about morphine.
