Answer: The alternative dispute resolution can be defined as the method which is used for resolving the dispute without opting for the courtroom. The alternative dispute resolution involves the mesiation, negotiations etc.

The pros from the perspective of the employee includes:

  • It maintains the image.
  • It doesn't take a long time.
  • The emoloyee need not to spend huge amount as it is cheapee than other legitimate.

The cons from the perspective of the employee are:

  • The things are not transparent to the employee.
  • There could be uneven circumstances and justice.
  • Party who is rich may wins.

The pros in the perspective of employer:

  • Image would be maintain as it is held in private room rather than courtroom.
  • Could result in emoloyer favours.
  • Less expenses.

Cons in the perspective of employer:

  • Increases the concern among other employees
  • May discourage the other employees.
