In a short paragraph, describe at least three cultural biases or social expectations which may exist when working with:

a) Someone of an older generation.
b) A person with a disability.

Answer: Working with someone of an older generation lead to increase the conflict. The reason behind is that people of older generation are not that much concerned with the new technology. They are not updated with the use of new versions. Hence it increases the risk of conflict maomg the young generation. The older generation are considered to be slow. They follow the traditional way of working.

A person with a disability gets sympathy. Most the people does their work due to sympathy. Working with them increasea the responsibilities as it is expected that they won't be able to complete the work.
