doctor: do you lost any weight recently?
FH: yes doctor I lost 10kg over the last 2 weeks
Doctor: FH do you take any over the counter medications along with
prescribed medications?
FH: yes doctor, i used to take ibuprofen for my pain.
doctor: did you tell doctor before you are taking this
medication?
FH: no
doctor: FH your liver got damaged and you have cirrhosis of liver
due to lupus condition that make worst your liver.
Do you know what is cirrhosis?
FH: No! please explain
Doctor: Lupus cause blood clot in the vessels that supply the liver
with blood. Have you heard about the transplant surgery?
FH: No doctor. that is the only treatment for this liver
disease?
doctro: Yes, because you are so much anemic and look pale and
yellow, you need immediate transplant surgery. but nothing to
worry...
Doctor: Do you have any insurance plan?
FH: no doctro
