In cardiac cycle the T wave denotes the repolarization of the ventricle, In the QRS complex the T wave is the refractory period of the cardiac cylce,The abnormality of the T wave commonly reflects the increased pottasium in blood that means hyperkalemia,these must be difrent from the T waves seen in the myocardial ishchemia that means the reduced blood supply to the myocardium.According to the american Journal of Cardiology depression and axiety cause T wave inversions.the common cause of T wave hyperacute is left ventricular hypertrophy and acute myocarditis.
