Describe three (3) subjective and objective observations a patient would report, that indicates the effectiveness of pain relief management

can someone please explain this and write me the answer as I am unable to understand the question and need help ASAP PLEASE

Effective pain management is essential to promote the health and comfort of the client

Pain management is asses through subjective and objective data.

Subjective date is patient is expressing

Objective data what we are observing

For example

1. Subjective data- patient is saying he is having less pain or reduced pain

Objective data- he takes interest in the surrounding and makes eye contact.

2. Subjective data- patient is saying he feels relaxed and able to move due to pain control intervention

Objective data- patient is able to move easily and freely and no sign of moans or cry is seen due to pain

3. Subjective data- the patient is explaining the accurate description of pain and the record aggravate it such as fear, stress or stimulus.

Objective data- patient is seems relaxed, doenti require consoling for pain and expressed his feelings about pain without any distinctive facial expressions.

4. Subjective data- patient is saying after taking analgesic in night I able to sleep sound sleep and no awaking in between dye to pain.

Objective data- patient is looking fresh and not sign of frown or withdrawal is seen due to pain. Envole in the self care like brushing and bathing without any help.

The objective and subjective data favour the pain relief management in which client express his feelings about pain , his position is normal, no cry or moaning,able to make eye contact, perform daily life activity, sleep well. Engages in the physical and social activitiies.
