Our brain have developed an unconscious decision making system to we can take care of routine tasks, this mechanism prevents us from overloading ,however modern life has hijacked our life, the mechanism that support to protect us is disengagind up from living.most of the peopleabout 96% living on autopilot in the place where we need to pay the most attention,our home,personal and intimate relationships etc, such as we eat,express love and affection,what to wear, it has an epidemic , our minds are wandering most of the time.this will adversly affect the relationships,and the carrier of the individual.To prevent the impact of the autopilot,make better decisions,go beyond the comfort zone,stop and reflect,bring meaning to routine,notice the changes in the life.
