Aim to stop entering it into the circulatory system, so to avoid the poison absorption in the upper gastrointestinal tract so it's required washing - the term used in medical term called Gastric lavage.

In these process the nasogastric tube/ Rule tube insert into the nasal cavity. Normal saline solution with tap water upto 100-150 ml is inserted through the tube. Then the whole fluid has been removed from the suction force. With the help of these the poison also comes, doctors do the same for 3-4 times. Then use charcoal to absorb rest of the poison.

2. Physical examination- temp, heart rate respiration rate, skin examination etc

3- Blood test- Serum anion gap, arterial blood gas, specific drug level, blood sugar
