You are in charge of the office supplies. One morning you come to work and see that everyone's favorite employee, Marylou, has three printer cartridges sitting on her desk. These are the same exact cartridges that you ordered three days ago and that you put away yesterday. These are very expensive cartridges at $60 a piece! Marylou doesn't use the printer very often, and in fact it is located on someone else's desk. Should you confront Marylou? Is there anything you should do before you confront her?

Printer is a common material in workplace which can be used by everyone for official purpose. One it is work related and the cost of cartridge are generally quiet expensive so it has to be used and maintained properly .Cartridge should be always used one by one after finishing ,simply placing it in open place can decrease its quality and damage it.Marylou though is a favourite staff of all, if commits a mistake should be confronted and encouraged not to do so and be directed in the right way as per the workplace protocols and policy. Before confronting check for the following things like who,why and for what purpose the cartridge is over there, any damage to the cartridge, etc.,
