In low income community Care arrangements due to lack of resorces we can not organize big training programmes. So can develop the plan for cognitive enhancing activities in group of children. Also we can increase the activity hours. We can plan to visit the community and involve them for the community welfare services , it can develop team work attributes in them, the leadership skills and the sharing behavioral qualities. And for all these activities there is no need of too much resorces. This can be achieved with very low income.
