Answer #1

Netflix is facing a drop in its profits when its competitors like Blockbuster, Apple and Amazon is doing well. This happens due to competition. The kind of service provided by all of them is similar in nature. These are all online entertainment applications. To survive in this competition, Netflux should stick to its management practices. There us no need to change its management practices. Instead to be able to make its mark in the competition, they need to be more committed and also differentiate themself from the others. This can be done by understanding the customers' mindset and preparing online content accordingly.
