A brief background about the situation. You manage a team of 5 employees. Recently, your top performer has been anything but your top performer. The employee has been calling off and been making comments in meetings that are inappropriate. The rest of the team seems to be doing the same things and you are concerned you won't be able to meet your goals if this keeps up. You have pulled the employee in and he/she informed you they just are not motivated anymore. Your task is to create 3 motivational techniques to help your team. First you'll need to understand the reason behind their de-motivation whether its related to management issue or difficulty in working conditions or lack of resources or personal issue. If you know the exact reason then you can rectify it and boost their confidence back.

for the hard work of your team whether this in the form of monetary rewards, gifts, perks or more responsibility and independence.
3. Give Challenging work and Show Appreciation

5. Don’t Let Your team Bored
