In detail explain How can a company's innovation goes beyond the numbers?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

Introducing new products into the market is known as innovation. A company's innovation can go beyond the numbers in several ways. Launching an imitative product which is not so different from the existing products. Low or inconsistent poor quality. Target customers are too small in numbers that do not meet the sals volume expectations needed to break even. Many product teams lose sight of the real measure of success. Success is not launching on time, or getting good reviews from the press, or winning competitive evaluations, or getting the product installed successfully

Developing and introducing a new product in the market is a time consuming, risky and often an expensive affair. The reward is not cheap either, if the product is successful.
