It is the employee self responsibility to plan his retirement because he is the one who is going to be making out the benefits out of it, so he needs to plan in advance in order to gain the maximum advantage, even though there are employees who are there to sponsor but it is always the duty of the employees to maximize the returns by appropriate management of retirement planning.

he should manage his retirement planning because it will help him gain financial independence in the later stages of his life and it which also help him to keep with surplus cash and liquidity at adverse economic scenarios.
