Nokia, could not fight the competition against smart phones despite owning a big market share in different parts of the world. It made the company to struggle again, to be sold out to Microsoft and get relaunched with Nokia brand after few years. It was due to the lack of entrepreneurial vision and ideas. Netscape Communications also suffered when faced competition and could not transform into a leading power when internet technologies evolved despite being the owner of the internet browser of most significance. Ultimately, the company got sold to AOL.
