Explain the few reasons why college graduate might be more difficult (millennial workforce) to be accepted in company versus 20 years ago? Is this condition happens in your company? min 300 words

This is because of structural changed in the economy past 20 years . This has caused wide spread unemployment . Changes in technology , production structure requires different skill set . These workers can not cope with the changing structure due to lack of training or motivation . College graduates had enough skills for the economic structure 20 years back but at present more technically qualified and specialized work force is required . So companies find it difficult to accept college graduates . Structural unemployment plays a huge role here . Upgrading such a work force means that companies have to invest more in training and skill development which increases production costs of companies .
