Explain the reasons why it might be more difficult for college graduates (millennial workforce) to enter the workforce versus 20 years ago? Is this condition happens in your company?

Yes, the statement is true, it is becoming harder to get into companies. One primary reason for this is the fact that human capital is growing. So, more and more people are going to the school and college and thus just having a bachelor's degree does not guarantee a good job. So, due to the rise of human capital, relative skills are not easily obtained. Another reason can be that the new technology-led growth is creating more automation, thus the workforce required is lesser. So, the statement is somewhat true.

Yes, it is true in any company, my company McKinsey hires a very small number of people who has specialized skills.
